Our Commitment to Copyright

At SMS Bomber, we deeply respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond quickly to legitimate copyright infringement notices.

This page explains how copyright owners can report alleged violations and how we handle those claims regarding our site's text, images, code, tools, or other content.

What is the DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a U.S. copyright law that gives copyright owners a way to protect their original works online. It includes a "notice and takedown" process for reporting content that may infringe on copyrights.

Even though we serve a global audience, we follow DMCA guidelines to ensure fair treatment of copyright claims from any country.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content on our site (such as text, images, graphics, code, or other material) violates your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following details:

📋 Required Information for DMCA Notice

  • Your contact information - Full name, postal address, phone number, and email address
  • Description of the copyrighted work - Identify the original work you believe has been infringed
  • Location of infringing material - Provide the exact URL(s) where the disputed content appears on our website
  • Your good faith statement - A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law
  • Accuracy statement - A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner
  • Your signature - Electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Please send your complete DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent:

📧 Copyright Agent Email: dmca@smsbomber.net.in

📍 Mailing Address: Available upon request via email

For faster handling, please include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in your email subject line.

What Happens After You Submit a Notice?

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review your notice - Confirm that it contains all required information and follows DMCA rules
  • Remove or disable access - Quickly remove or block access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user - Tell the user who posted the content about the removal and share a copy of your notice
  • Provide counter-notice instructions - Inform the user that they can submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake
  • Restore content (if applicable) - If we receive a valid counter-notice and you do not file a court action, we may restore the content

Submit a DMCA Counter-Notice

If your content was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you can send a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your contact information - Full name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Identification of removed content - Describe the material that was taken down and where it used to appear
  • Statement under penalty of perjury - A statement that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to error or misidentification
  • Consent to jurisdiction - Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the Northern District of California if you are outside the US)
  • Acceptance of service - Your agreement to accept legal papers from the person who sent the original notice
  • Your signature - Electronic or physical signature

Send counter-notices to the same email address: dmca@smsbomber.net.in

Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating, when appropriate, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to suspend or block any user at our sole discretion.
